Someone in your corner, inside the chat you already have.¶
Trusted tools for hard moments, inside the AI assistant you already use. It never diagnoses, and it points you to people when you need them.
My head won't stop racing at night and I can't get to sleep.
Used Alongside: grounding exercise
That sounds exhausting. Would you like to try a short grounding exercise together? It only takes a few minutes.
How it works¶
-
1. Add it once
Paste one address into your AI app's settings. It takes about a minute, with no account.
-
2. Talk as you normally would
There's no new app to learn. Your conversations carry on where they already happen.
-
3. Your AI calls on Alongside
When it would help, your AI uses checked, sourced content instead of improvising.
What it helps with¶
-
Find help fast
Crisis lines for your country, shared first whenever someone may be at risk.
-
Understand and try something

-
Reach a person
Directories for finding a therapist or other professional support.
Common questions¶
Is this therapy?
No. Alongside doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't a replacement for a doctor, therapist or emergency service. It gives your AI checked tools and points you to people who can help. See How safety works and Our promises.
Is it private?
Your conversation stays with your AI provider. Alongside only receives what your AI sends to its tools, and doesn't store it. There are no accounts. Read the full privacy policy.
Does it cost anything?
Alongside is free to use for now. Your AI app's own plan may affect whether you can add custom connectors.
